How to Legally Profit From Insider Trading

You’ve probably heard shady stories about insider trading. But there’s also an ethical and perfectly legal kind of insider trading … and it can be extremely lucrative.

You’ve probably heard shady stories about insider trading, which is when an employee takes advantage of private information that isn’t available to investors like you.

For example, Marcus Lemonis from CNBC’s The Profit is being sued for allegedly dumping shares of his company Camping World based on important nonpublic information. The company’s stock price crashed more than 60% after he sold his shares.

But there’s also an ethical and perfectly legal kind of insider trading … and it can be extremely lucrative.

I’m talking about Securities and Exchange Commission rules that require insiders to report when they buy or sell shares of their company’s stock.

Insider Profit Trader Editor Brian Christopher explained it well in his Sovereign Investor Daily article this week:

Using this idea, Brian is going to send a brand-new trade to Insider Profit Trader subscribers next week.

It’s an investment fund that has fallen out of favor with Wall Street. Right now, it’s down 20% from its recent high.

But the fund’s insiders aren’t worried. They see the stock is trading at a deep discount … and they’ve been buying up a storm.

Brian sees this stock rising by a minimum of 10% to 15% when the fund releases its next earnings report. That means next week will be the perfect time to jump in.

The stock won’t stay cheap for long! Brian sees it rising by at least 50% within a year.

This is a rare opportunity you don’t want to miss out on. And that’s why I wanted to give Sovereign Investor Daily readers like you a heads-up.

Speaking of Brian…
