Real Estate’s New Investing Trend Is About to Soar to Double Digits!
I had the audience on the edge of their seats…
In true Bold Profits fashion, I unmasked something BIG at this year’s Total Wealth Symposium.
It’s a new-world investment opportunity that’s primed to grow your investing dollars.
Let me explain…
Regular readers know our team always aims to have a finger on the pulse of technological innovation.
Every day, we’re on the lookout for breakthroughs in Paul’s mega trends that can lead you to life-changing gains.
Those mega trends are:
- The Internet of Things (IoT).
- Precision medicine.
- Robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Autonomous vehicles.
- New energy technology.
And one major industry that will be disrupted in the coming year by these mega trends: real estate.
You see, real estate investing is not new to me.
It’s in my DNA.
I come from a family of tried and true, long-term investors in real property. I’ve seen their trials and triumphs in real time, and I look forward to sharing these invaluable experiences with you.
These real-life experiences, coupled with my nearly 20 years as an investment research analyst, will hopefully be a helpful guide — leading you to real estate investments in this new world.
I like to call this new-world real estate: DisruptEstate.
DisruptEstate™ Profits for Your Roaring 2020s
You may know how Paul has a gift for creating new words that embody new, startling concepts.
So I took a page out of his book and minted my own word!
Let me tell you a little about DisruptEstate.
Real estate as we know it is being disrupted, rocked and rattled.
The real properties that my great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles invested in exist today, but there’s now a new wave of specific technological innovations that are disrupting real estate.
There are four major types of real estate. And all of them will be or are being affected right now.
None are immune:
- Residential real estate is being disrupted by the IoT.
- Industrial real estate is being disrupted by blockchain.
- Commercial real estate is being disrupted by e-commerce sales.
- Vacant land is being scooped up for new energy technology projects.
Innovations in industries such as retail and energy are evolving so rapidly and effectively, they’re creating promising new stock opportunities for savvy early-adopter investors — just like you.
In fact, according to Deloitte, from 2019 to 2023, the $1.5 trillion U.S. industrial real estate market is forecast to demand an additional 850 million square feet of real estate, led by double-digit growth in e-commerce sales.
From the booming e-commerce businesses to the solar technology revolution, hidden real estate stock investment opportunities in these underpenetrated markets are available now and ripe for capitalization.
And there’s one that you can really take advantage of today.
Beat the Market With New-World Real Estate Investing
Instead of paying out tens of thousands of dollars buying real property, or going through the dreaded loan process, there’s a simple way you can make money in real estate.
They’re called real estate investment trusts, or REITs. And they can prove to be profitable long-term investments.
According to Investopedia:
REITs allow individual investors to buy shares in commercial real estate portfolios that receive income from a variety of properties.
Properties included in a REIT portfolio may include apartment complexes, data centers, health care facilities, hotels, infrastructure—in the form of fiber cables, cell towers, and energy pipelines—office buildings, retail centers, self-storage, timberland, and warehouses.
REITs are great investments when applied to the right sector because they are:
- Limited in risk — you can’t lose more than you invest.
There are three next-generation sectors I focused on in my Total Wealth Symposium presentation, and I revealed my researched DisruptEstate investment picks for each.
The first REIT pick is one I originally recommended in June.
Since that recommendation, the REIT has more than doubled the performance of the Nasdaq Composite Index, Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 Index over the same time period.
Its current open gain is nearly 17%.
The REIT is called Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD).
COLD is set to be heavily influenced by the online grocery market, which is making waves in real estate for companies seeking warehouses for cold storage.
It’s DisruptEstate picks like COLD that stand to perform well in this new technology-driven real estate era.
Several key sectors in the real estate arena are set to undergo a tremendous transformation and be disrupted by Paul’s mega trends.
Therefore, it’s important that we keep you up to date on these trends, so you’ll be ready to stake your claim!
And I just want to take a second to say thank you to everyone who attended the 18th annual Total Wealth Symposium.
It was a one-of-a-kind experience.
I had the absolute pleasure of personally meeting and greeting wonderful readers just like you.
The investing stories and personal testimonies that were shared with me warmed my heart, and I will remember them for years to come.
So, whether you were able to attend in person or watch online, I truly hope your experience was beneficial as well. If you were unable to make it, you can catch up on every moment — including three more DisruptEstate opportunities — by clicking here.
