1) Q: Do I have to watch the nine sessions sequentially?
A: Yes, you will need to watch each session in sequential order (starting with Session 1 and working your way through Session 9), however, after you have finished viewing a session, you can always go back to repeat prior sessions. So, you need to start with Session 1 and then move on to Session 2 and then Session 3, etc. There are also quiz questions after each session that you can complete. If you are watching Session 3 and decide you want to go back and watch Session 1 again, you can do that, as well.
2) Q: How do I access each of the nine sessions in this course?
A: You can access the each of the nine sessions in multiple ways. You can either select the Lessons tab on the top of the course homepage, then roll your cursor over Session 1, 2, etc. and click on the session you are ready to view (note: you need to watch them in sequential order). Another option is to scroll down to the bottom of the course homepage and select the session you want to view.
3) Q: Besides the nine sessions, are there any additional resources on this site?
A: Yes! In addition to the nine sessions, and the quizzes to test your comprehension, all of the charts and graphs from each session are posted under Additional Resources located on the Course Homepage. You can print these out and add them to your Resource Binder.
4) Q: I have not received my Resource Binder with audio CDs. Who do I contact about getting them?
A: For help or information, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1- 888-211-2215. Our regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
5) Q: Is there a way to make the video screen size larger?
A: There is! If you click on the icon in the lower right corner of the video, it will convert into a full screen view. If you want to return to the original size, then simply hit the Esc button on your keyboard.
6) Q: If I have a question for Harry S. Dent, Jr., how can I reach him?
